Shannon covered level 1 in a very efficient, simple and concise way. She gave clear instructions for how to give sessions to one’s self and to others and went in depth for all the different ways reiki can be used. I definitely felt more balanced after her attunement video as well!!I felt like my energy was free-flowing and like my crown chakra was alive. Will definitely do level 2 as well! Thanks!
