Payments

Payment for items is due before digital products are provided. Crystal Wisdom processes all payments through Paypal. If you have trouble processing a payment with the Paypal application you will need to contact Paypal for support.

Services Provided

Downloadable purchases will be accessible as soon as the purchases is completed. Online classes will also be available as soon as payment is processed.

Returns

Crystal Wisdom is dedicated to provide you with products and services you will be delighted with. However, if you are not satisfied, please contact Crystal Wisdom at info@crystal-wisdom right away to discuss your experience. Online classes can only be refunded if NO class modules have been completed. Digital download products will not be refunded.

Crystal Wisdom does NOT refund for consultations or readings. All readings and consultations are performed via intuition and math and I do my very best to provide you with helpful and valuable information. However, once the information is provided no refund will be issued.

Books purchased through a third-party vendor must be returned with that vendor.
