I found the work shop very helpful for understanding the situational triggers, accept the challenge to release it's power to trigger me, how to invite the changes needed for releasing emotional ties and to just be the changes that I accept I need. The workshop was a guide to how to use the rose quartz that I have been drawn to all my life. Carried it with me while working as a pediatr RN.

Next, I am diving deeper to learn and empower myself to release, heal, or accept my life situation. Well organized and step-by-step I was guided to my truth.
