I just paid someone $150 yesterday for Reiki 1 training in person. All I got was (after 4 hours) a binder of 10 sheets of paper on chakras, Reiki history, and some self treatment gestures. No demos. This course was very comprehensive, included an attunement (very important!), a clearly defined lineage (very important!), meditation, explanations and more. I’m grateful & will recommend.
