Shannon is a gifted teacher, she has a very deep knowledge of the subject matter and her videos are easy to follow, yet at the same time they are dense with information. The course manuals are fantastic support for the lectures. I have found both Reiki 1 and 2 (the courses I have taken so far) to be time very well spent. I find myself going back and rewatching videos from both courses.
